Chihuahuas

Appearance and Body Parts

Only the head of a chihuahua really looks distinct. They have skinny limbs, potato bellies, pointed ears, and beady-eyed faces.

Markings

There are three types of markings chihuahuas can incorporate into their singular marking slot: a nose patch, a chest patch, and either partial or full socks. They can have all three, have none, or have one or two. Socks are significantly rarer than the other patches.

Dusty chihuahuas also have colored eyebrows that pass on too. Their chest patches manifest as cream-colored instead of white.

Also, for some reason sandy-colored chihuahuas have dusty eartips. It's hard to notice but it's sure there.

Adoption Center Variants

Most of this info here is sourced from Intron Exon, with my own screenshots.

In this large table, there is one thing I did not include. Eye variations. If its eyes are not cyan, then it will either have sandy or ginger eyes. I found ginger more common but they're both reasonably easy to find. But if I looked through those while making this table it would take twice as long. And it already took long enough.

Those with blue eyes are always female, always wear a pink sweater, and always lack a chest patch (so no markings are hidden!)
